Faultless project management

The Vaio management team are time-served professionals. Each project has its own full-time project manager who's based onsite with full Internet connections. The project manager is personally incentivised to deliver the project on time and to our exacting, snag-free standards. In most cases, the job he hands over at practical completion date is a finished job.

Like everyone in this industry we rely on subcontractors. We pick from a small band that we trust and who understand the way we work. They wear Vaio uniforms (T-shirts or polo shirts and jackets) and neat, rip-free jeans.

Intelligent interpretation

Even the most meticulous design needs adjustment on site. No one can foresee every twist and turn of installation, which is why you need a contractor with an eye for detail and a natural feel for what works.

If we see something that's unlikely to give your clients what they want, we bring it to your attention. For us it's a matter of pride to produce the best result we can within the budget. Sometimes we even upgrade the spec at our expense to create the trouble-free office your clients expect.

We practise an open-door policy at Vaio. You and your clients are welcome to visit at any stage of the project. You'll find neat and busy installers working in a litter-free environment with music turned low and a separate area for tea breaks. We're members of the Considerate Construction Scheme.
